Over looks like stealing.
That's why I'll never make it to the grade of good player....Next season holds no interest to me at this time..
I would caution the immediate reaction to this being a lock for a few reasons. Buzz I’ve been hearing locally is that there’s a reasonable probability Wentz won’t be ready to start the season and they will be very cautious with him and not rush anything. They will deal Foles if they get reasonable offers, which I suspect is very likely. The schedule is significantly more difficult and they have the bullseye on their back now and certainly won’t be flying under the radar at all.
NFC East divisional games are always a battle regardless of record. The non-divisional road schedule is brutal with road trips to New Orleans, LA, Jacksonville, Tennessee and Tampa. Home schedule is a bit better, but still difficult with Minnesota, Atlanta, Carolina, Houston and Indianapolis.
Seems shockingly low, almost looks too easy.
What's the cap? I'm thinking something like $ 50 or $ 100, or maybe 5dimes is desperate for some cash flow IDK
The only way it makes sense, they know it's hard to sustain success year after year in the era of free agency (which is absolutely true, but the number still seems low)
NFC east is probably the best it has been in a while.
And you already know or at least I do, the Redskins will beat the champs at least once so all the Redskins fans can get their hopes up about going to the superbowl because they beat last years champs...... Happens every year for the Redskins....and then they finish 7-9. Annual carousel for them.
Hellll no. They aint repeating. They can't do better than 12 wins imho, that's their absolute max. So that's 2 games if they slip up in then forget about it.
Teams who do well the next year are given harder schedules. How the NFL creates parity. One of many reasons why we have a new 5-6 teams in the playoffs every year.
Considering my Giants will be back to full strength next year and they should have beaten them once because of a 61 yard FG, I think they lose to them twice next year!
Eagles had a dream season.
People don't realize how good of a season they had.
* they were 16-2 in reality if you throw away last loss against the Cowboys when they played their backups
* half of those games were blowouts, a lot of very convincing wins.
* every time they played a great defense they put up 30+ points
-early in the year when Denver had the #1 defense they put up 51
-they put up a bunch against Carolina, don't remember how much
-they put up a bunch against STL, not sure how much
-against the Vikings #1 defense in the playoffs they smashed them
-then they were unstoppable against the patriots in the SB
Sure lots of guys had great years, but they also lost a lot of talent to injury, guys who will return next year.
- Sproles - not sure he'll be back, Pumphrey could take his spot
- Jason Peters- I assumed he would be let go since younger backup did a good job, but sounds like they want Peters back now
- Jordan Hicks, their best linebacker will be back
- Sidney Rice. High #1 pick will be back and healthy at CB
- Wentz will be back and healthy eventually.
Thats a lot if talent coming back from injury next year.
I think there is a good chance Wentz won't play the first 2 months of the season. His knee is a lot worse than first thought and his recovery was possible up to a year. The Eagles won't rush him back and I still think Foles is staying in Philly, unless God has 80 million for 5 years waiting for him in the Arizona desert.
With that said I think the Under has value
