I know I should post this in the horse forum but I thought some of you might want to take a shot on this first time starter and maybe make some coin. Sired by Exclusive Quality, out of the damn Mystorymyway, 3 year old gelding The Trump Way makes his debut in the 5th race at Tampa Bay Downs.

I sure did, why not. Took a shot across the board. Hopefully get at least 15-1 on him. Probably get bet down a little just because of name.

If you really want a price horse that has a legit shot today, put it on #1 Navy Armed Guard in the 10th at Tampa. 3 year old Maiden facing winners in the Derby prep race, Sam F. Davis. Upset special here.

#3 is a scratch in that race but The Trump Way still listed as running.

In the same race with Trump Way use the #5 Getyourmindright. Probably the fav which I hate playing but his last would be good enough to win in this class race.

Maybe an exacta box.

The likely winner based on his first race but only one other horse has a start so will be interesting to see which first timers are taking money. Doesn’t look like much which is why I’m willing to take a shot with the “name” play. Especially at a big price. I was at Saratoga last summer when Lady Ivanka won her first race at a nice price and I didn’t play her.

If this horse is anything like Trump, he should run great. 20 year old jockey Ashley Castrenze will be riding him. Hope she rides him good lol.

I doubt we will be there this year. We went back east for my nephews wedding in August so we stopped at Saratoga before coming home. Nice place but outrageously expensive. But next time we head back east and its around the Saratoga meet I’ll let you know. We go to Keeneland every year for both meets so it was nice to go to the Spa for a change. Both are great places.
