Well when a Guy Stiffs a poster for a High 4 figure, we should warn others and find out Who else is going to get stiffed
and maybe stop the guys that are losing, not to pay him.

When unknown poster does business with an unknown bookie .

You probably got 2 entities free rolling each other .

Any bookie who will do business with unknown poster sucks.

And any poster who does business with unknown bookie also sucks .

If either person in the equation was worth a shit they would both have better options

good work.

hopefully you find some losers that will pay the winner....

It's shitty when a player stiffs a books...

It's completely unacceptable when a book stiffs a player... it should never happen.

If by "unknown" you mean that a poster with a lot of posts equates to someone who is more worthy of being trusted when it comes to money I can assure you this does not correlate. By no means am I saying that some random new poster is to be trusted. I am just saying that just because someone, has a ton of posts, is extremely active on the forums, or is even a moderator, that does not mean they can be trusted with money.

If you know a bookie is stiffing a player and you are down with the same bookie....what do you do?

A) pay the bookie as the other matter is not concerning you?
B) pay the guy getting stiffed with your losses
C) stiff the bookie, he is a stiff anyways

I lean to A, but it would be dependent on exact specifics.

agree 100%
im not coralating known poster with high post count.

What I mean is dealing with posters with no known monatary transactions on a forum .

An example of known posters would be someone like Willie99 ,BAS, Harry Carey. People like that have held large sums of money and paid people for lost bets.

Thats what I mean by known.

There was also this one time I made a forum bet with a guy named jason4000 in the baseball forum for $500.

Season long baseball contest .

it was the middle of August and I was losing fairly big but certainly not out of it.

This guy started emailing me every single day in August begging me to pay him.

He was telling me how broke he was and he had no money to buy groceries or pay his rent .

I said dude the contest does not end for another 2 months fuck you.

But he emailed me practically everyday telling me how broke he was and begging me to pay 2 months early .

Now ask yourself this .

What do you think the odds were of this broke bastard that emailed me 40 times begging me to play him 2 months early of paying me if I would have won the bet?

If he was that far ahead you should have raped him on a buyout. $100

Yeah that's sorta what I figured you meant. I mainly just posted that because other folks may be reading and it might help them. I can remember years ago, I on several occasions trusted forum people because of their reputation online. It was very often a mistake.
