He doesn't get indicted on anything resembling collusion - You're gone for 1 year.

Wager #2

Trump gets indicted for obstruction or a variation of the sort - I'm gone for 2 years.

Trump doesn't get indicted for obstruction or a variation of the sort - You're gone for 1 year.

The bets are cumulative and all inclusive. Trump gets charged on both, I'm gone for four years.
Trump gets charged with neither, you're gone for two years.
