yes it's always cancelled if the game is suspended and they didn't play more than 30-35 minutes. If it was 5 minutes or less left in the game, they'd grade it as it stood
All sporting events must be played on the date and site as scheduled unless otherwise specified. Any event postponed, rescheduled or moved to another site will automatically constitute “No Action”.
I am sure most online books books have a similar rule.

We used to have this problem at the Peoria Civic Center Carver Arena. Early in the season and late in the season when the outside temps spike. They did a complete remodel of the HVAC system and added chillers, that can be used at anytime of the year, to bring the temps and mostly the humidity out of the arena. Had a game in the early 90's where visiting Villanova said they would never come back because of the condensation from the hockey ice below.
