That knock out was brutal. And in the first round the other guy was about to get knocked out but was saved by the bell.

Yeah I was scared for him, I was thinking he might need some medical attention after that. These guys are fucking tough.

Ref was horrible in the Stephens fight! He missed an illegal knee and an elbow in the back of the head before the KO. Cormier mentioned it at the end of the fight. Plus he was slow to end the fight. The last elbow was clearly too late and you can argue that the first one was uncalled for. The fighter was out! It's not Stephens fault just terrible officiating!

how have the ratings been? seems like UFC lost a lot of their momentum in popularity but just might be that i have less interest than I did several years ago

I believe the ratings took a big hit in 2017, after a couple of solid years 2014-2016. The Fox events had some of the lowest ratings ever and the ppv’s were down as well. Lack of activity from stars, a couple last second pull-out’s from main event/co-main event fighters didn’t help, but there’s more to it than just that, I suspect.

Agreed. Thought he was waiting for him to die or be decapitated, lol. Terrible job. Meanwhile in the Tybura fight they stop it after 2 seconds of shots.

At least be consistent.
