So I hear both retail outlets will now not sell guns to people under the age of 21. How is this legal? I mean, can a store just decide not to sell Frosted Flakes to anyone under 35 years old? I am seriously asking.

Whoever has bad intentions will always manage to posses a gun regardless.

These companies are accomplishing zilch yet too foolish to see or admit it.

Sports betting is illegal & the laws make it inconvenient but ppl still find a way.

Although there are laws in place as a business they can refuse service to whom they choose meaning the Under 21 group in this case.

Under 21 group should just shop elsewhere

nobody should buy buy kids toys or clothes etc from them

a bartender can refuse service to anyone they want. you can be completely sober and 60 years old, they dont have to serve you

I've been torn in the middle of this argument for years.

On one hand you are right for various reasons, but then again until their competitors stop being so greedy, ppl will continue buying the exact same product cheaper at Walmart, instead of paying more at Target, for example...

So 18 year old kids are ask to protect our country in the military with assault type weapons, but they can't buy a gun for another 3 years. In what world does that make sense?
