Who do you have for outright plays or regional winner plays? By no surprise, I've seen many differing opinions on "what" wins this tournament. Is it whoever comes into the tournament "hot". Is it defense, in the likes of Virginia or Cincinnati? Or offensive efficiency, like Nova or Duke. Or a solid balance of offense and defense, along with strong coaching and experience in this format, like Michigan State? Or heck, is it whichever kids get excited enough to be here and just simply play hard and have fun, and end up going deep into the tourney.

Nova +570: Any value here considering the unpredictability of the Madness? Can WVU/Wichita give Nova a scare? Is Purdue in a good position to advance to the Elite 8?

Duke +850/Michigan State +925: Quite the hurdle at this stage in the tourney, but the winner of this match-up could also make their way to the final. Does that give Kansas good value to win the Midwest considering they'll likely face the winner of Auburn/Clemson to make it to the Elite 8?

Any 5+ seeds you think have value to make it to the final 4? These aren't my plays, just noting a few.

West Region:
#5 Ohio State +8500 Champs, +1450 to win their region
#6 Houston +11100 Champs, +1450 to win their region

South Region:
#5 Kentucky +4400 Champs, +850 to win their region

East Region:
#5 West Virginia +4400 Champs, +675 to win their region
#6 Florida +12000 Champs, +2100 to win their region

Midwest Region (TOUGH to pick anyone besides the top 4):
#7 Rhode Island +33000 Champs, +3300 to win their region
