There are two and only two words you need to know.

Your character is corrupted and filthy. There is no one righteous, not even one. All have gone astray and are lost sheep, blind and unable to know that we are lost. The Lord will reveal himself to all men. James 4:6 says God opposes the proud and gives grace to the humble. This is the most important economic law in the Lord's Kingdom. The world we live in is completely upside down. Here we have to work, and we are under the deception of Satan that is fighting with every breath to get every soul to choose any path, as long as it isn't Christ. The world cannot and will not be allowed to decay any more than it already has. The signs of the times are upon us, and the gate of mercy stands open for a short while longer for anyone that would give up. Yes, to get into heaven, you have to quit life. You have to admit that you cannot do anything worthwhile in your own strength. The only thing that will keep you out is your pride. God will forgive anyone for anything if they just ask. The two thieves on the crosses next to Jesus both mocked him. But in the last hour, one of them quit fighting and asked Jesus to let him into the Kingdom. And Jesus does not say no to anyone that asks. He goes by many names....Wonderful Counselor, Prince of Peace, The Most High, and my personal favorite the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world. You want in? Just ask Him. If you don't think you need Him, you are deceived by the devil. The Lord said that for those that would rather believe the lie over the truth, He would send them a delusion. So not only is the world upside down, if you don't believe and mock, it's because you've chosen evil over good, even if you think you're righteous. But even the song Stairway to Heaven, written by Satan himself, tells you that there's still time to change the road you're on. Satan hides the truth in plain site and laughs at the blind sheep that think they know how the world works. You will perish if you don't repent. The time is short and the end is near, and everyone has free will to serve God or make war against him and lose. Religion is an invention of the devil. It's all fake, like politics. Christianity sucks as bad as Islam. Christ is the only way.
Peace of Christ to all who forsake the deception of this dark world with its fake light and choose to fall down and let Jesus carry them into the Kingdom. I can tell you that if you will ask, God promises to remove the blinders. We are all children of the Most High and He loves us all with perfect love. But he will not force you to ask for help. He will let you make your own choice to drown if you insist. Choose eternal life. The other path sucks. I tried it, and it's the pit of misery.
"No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has comprehended what God has planned for those that love Him."
