Anybody play the HQ game on their iPhone

They had a very interesting situation last night. It was winner take all for $25K. They keep asking multiple choice questions until one player is remaining. With two players left they both either answered correctly or both incorrect until they reach a certain amount of questions and then it is declared a tied and the money rolled over to next Sunday. With the last question one player answered incorrectly but the other player was locked out and never submitted an answer. He was kicked off for violating TOS. He might have been using a jailbroken phone where he was using a program to answer the questions in the ten second time frame.

"HQ Trivia" players were angry after a rare $25,000 game was won by no one.
As the mobile game was wrapping up, the last few players were kicked from the game and accused of violating the game's terms of service.
