[FONT=&quot]One of the more recent controversies came in this year's playoffs and involved Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Jesse James, who appeared to make a catch to give Pittsburgh a go-ahead touchdown against the New England Patriots with 28 seconds left in regulation. The referees ruled it a touchdown before overturning it upon replay review. Vincent said that the Jesse James play would have been a catch.

he should have said it was a Catch anyway :)

the article is wrong on the game. they mean the game on 12/17
but then again the Call was a joke

Just another unprepared journalist, shocking, they're so desirous to sell their narrative they can't get the little things right.

The call was right, with slow motion and zoom and multiple angles and a rule-book, it's incomplete. It's the rule and the process that was a joke.

In a sandlot game, that's a TD every-time.

You should be happy though, they stopped playing by the same rules in the SuperBowl :)

True but willie is right though. They changed the rules a game early, no question about it.

That's a much more legit argument than Malcolm butler being the savior.

Eagles D made a play when it counted...Butler or rules aside.

I mean it's exactly what I predicted. They close games.

But the clement td wasn't a td based on those rules they used last year. Just being honest. I loved the eagles but rules were different and I don't know how anyone can deny that. I even said when it happened they changed the rules a game early before telling anyone. Lol just what it is.

No kidding, and the Patriots offense manhandles that "dominate" Eagles defense too, broke total passing and total yardage records

The Eagles won, no gripes from me, they played a great game too and they are deserving champions

They were the best team all year long, but not by much
