I didnt specifically say. Adjusted for inflation the stadium would cost $400M to build today (not including the cost of the land) The team (according to Forbes last year) was worth $2.3B. So you put them together and factor in the fact a NFL team does nothing but go up in value, Id say asking $2.6B is good deal. Especially since he paid like $250M for the team
