There is a lot of talk on the internet about raw/living foods being a passing fad.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
Let me assure you my friend that the raw/living food way is here to stay, because it is the way of nature.
I have never found cooked food in nature, but I find fresh, raw/living food in nature everyday perfectly packaged in 100% biodegradable material and ready to eat.
Raw/living food will save you and the planet.
It will awaken your potential and re sensitize you to the your inner and the outer world.
Raw/living food will help you reach your ideal weight and if done with intelligence, skill and intention, keep you from developing the modern day diseases like obesity, diabetes and cancer.
Living food, high in the antioxidant hydrogen keeps your blood pure and your oxygen levels high. This way of life helps to build your immune system by keeping your gut clean and healthy by feeding the good bacteria in your GI tract with living insoluble plant fiber and true biotics.
Cooking at even the lowest heat destroys the hydrogen, oxygen, living water, living fiber, the enzymes and the beneficial microbes that live on organic naturally raised fruits, vegetables and herbs.
All zoo animals fed cooked food get sick. Our dogs and cats are getting cancer and loosing their reproductive capacity from eating cooked food. There are even signs at the park ‘Do not feed the geese and ducks human food, it will make them sick’. We just keep getting sicker and sicker.
The most intelligent humans are obviously going to eat as much fresh living food as possible with all its constituents fully intact. Feed your pets raw/living foods and watch watch them thrive too.

What a load of BS Shub. You don't need to tell me humans are not Zoo animals. I know that. Humans eat cooked food. It is okay. If you want to eat raw rice or beans go ahead. I like it cooked. Same with soup. Cook it, thank you very much.

Shub, Food Revolution Summit 2018 coming up. I will check out some speakers online though I am not vegan(just don't eat meat anymore). Lots of MD'S speaking plus Vari Hari(food babe) looks like she may be worth looking at(and listening to !).
