Why do vegans look so malnourished? Always thought this and then it was brought up on a radio program I was hearing about a month ago. They look like zombies.

No, because of your 10-20 posts about the same stupid topic that none of us give two shits about. Take your Somali diet to the bodybuilding.com forums.

I'm a christian, no time to take up a second religion, never-mind trying to preach it

Interesting that you bring up vegan.Last month as i was in my cardiac rehab class there was a person who was a vegan and he brought some stuff in from time to time and let me tell you it was not bad at all,and for most people if you made something for them without telling them i bet some would say wow this is good, how did you make this, and then the vegan tells them that it was vegan food and it would surprise you.

He made this double chocolate cake and it was so good it was unreal, and he also brought in a apple crumb pie and that was also good, but if i didn't know that it was vegan i would say, really this is good and i never knew it was vegan. Now i don't plan to turn vegan, but its healthy and good at the same time
Whether it's the best of times or the worst of times, it's the only time we've got.

thata great. Unfortunately vegan just means animal cruelty free, not healthy. It’s obviously better than non vegan but all that stuff is crap. 80-90% of my diet is fruit. Veggies, seeds and nuts make up the rest.

Not vegan but went vegetarian about 8 months ago and its been one of the best things I’ve ever done. Feel incredible, got off blood pressure pills, and am getting close to a healthy weight. Only things I really miss are wings and burgers.

Got my dick sucked at a vegan bar. She wanted the beef.

After I slayed her we went out to my farm and sacrificed some cattle to make some cheeseburgers. Yum yum delicious!!!!
