To some extent, that might be a factor, but they were acutely aware that Loyola plays good ball having won 3 games and beaten some good teams.
Loyola might have snuck up on a few teams in the early rounds but by yesterday they were "known".
Loyola was unbelievable with their passing and shooting and surprised K St with their aggressiveness driving to the hoop.
I think K State was out coached, overall, x's and o's and overall preparation wise.
I might take Loyola + 6 or whatever against Michigan, long 6 days ahead, but at this point I am thinking they are a very good well coached team.
