The NCAA needs to be more proactive as horse racing
Example: the derby never offered a .50 Tri till 3 years ago. Now they do and the pools soar.
NCAA needs to address all the young 18 under students who would like to go home do homework, eat, and watch a FULL game.
Shame on you NCAA for putting $$$ before your future fans and athletes.
