I'm picking Justin Thomas.

The kid already has two wins and a second so far this season.

He's also from the University of Alabama.

I like Bubba to do well

but it seems like many are performing we currently

Phil Rory Heinrick Rose JT Rahm and Rickey

crazy good competition even Tiger is an added twist this year that can make noise....
but I see him hanging out with one too many pine needles as he gambled in the Woods
a bit much. dJ and Sergio have the tools of course as well.

I agree 5team....I don't give Tiger much of a chance to win.

As you said, he will create a ton of interest...just not the Tiger of old.

Roll Tide my friends....the kid is good.

Would like to back Rahm, but his roller coaster emotions aren't ready to win at Augusta just yet

has there been more anticipated Masters in recent times? should have a marvelous leaderboard for Sunday.

crazy field , cant wait!!!!

90% chance of rain on Saturday- soften the course, advantage long hitters. And soften the greens

Spieth-- putting came to life last Sunday, its been holding him back. Over the last 3 yrs he's number 2 in GIR at Augusta.
Rose- hell of a recent record at Augusta. His putting is in form and his ball flight (draw) favors the course
Rory- Sunday's putting show at Arnie's tournament was just awesome. Got some help from Faxon, is the flat blade really back? Not entirely convinced, BUT if he putts 70% like said Sunday day.......look out. Plays the high draw, perfect for Augusta...adn of course stupid long

Phil's playing well, Tiger is back, Thomas, Rahm, World #1 D Johnson..........2 -time Masters Champion and in form B Watson......Day (just put new irons in the bag, ugh)...etc.etc.

does he complete the Grand Slam?

Thomas doesn’t have a good track record at Augusta, should be a good tourney

good read

times have certainly changed. Phil and Tiger played nine holes together?

AUGUSTA, Ga. — Tiger Woods was on the driving range Tuesday at the Masters after playing nine holes in a foursome that included Phil Mickelson when Rory McIlroy sidled up and made him laugh. McIlroy said he had told Woods, “I never thought I’d see the day: Tiger and Phil playing a practice round at Augusta.”

interesting take by Couples;

If Mickelson hadn’t played in the same era as Woods, he might have “10 to 12 majors,” Couples said.

Phil's reply;

Mickelson isn’t so sure. “It’s very possible that that’s the case,” he said, “and it’s also possible that he brought out the best in me and forced me to work harder and focus to ultimately achieve the success that I’ve had.”

(what's with the shirt Phil? ...wtf)

I really truly believe Tiger is winning - he has something the others dont - that Jordan or Bird will - maybe he's too old or hes dinged up but if he is healthy he has an intangibles no one else has
