Equal Pay is nonsense

What a crock. When I used to go to job interviews, I would always negotiate my salary! Always. Why does everyone have to be equal pay? It is a bunch of nonsense. I want my country back!

You value, experience, education and what you bring to an employer should determine your worth....

Those that push for it, ask them WHY cars, homes, flights, etc,... have higher or lower worth

You get what you pay for

What are you rambling on about? Not everyone gets paid the same. Depends on many factors to include experience, education, job etc.

things are headed that way- because management wants to cover their asses from gender-racial pay gaps- lawsuits

my job has a set starting wage and then all your raises are based off yearly reviews, so person a and person b who started together on the same day in the same position still doing the same job could be thousands of dollars apart very quickly
