I wrote them and asked why I was banned from commenting on any posts or stories, and I had only commented 1 time.

Here is their email reply:

You committed an offense stated directly in the first paragraph under the section - Immediately Bannable Behavior - "While Daily Kos is certainly a site of rough-and-tumble political speech, where debate is encouraged as long as that debate centers around how best to move progressive Democratic politics forward, there are certain behaviors which are strictly forbidden on this site, and will very frequently lead to immediate banning."

This ban will be permanent, as we strive to protect our community, and have a safe place for them to listen to and in engage in discussion about progressive Democratic ideals and politics.

Can someone point me to the story of the Pennsylvania mayor who was also arrested and charged for the same crime? I searched and couldnt find it on here. Happened around the same time as well.

Yep, that whole sentence translates as "If you dont agree with us, and have valid point against our arguments and we cant refute them... you have to go. We are an echo chamber whose only goal is to lead the easily led with only 1 opinion."
