If you would've asked me this same question about J. Manziel, I would've said "way over." But do we honestly feel Baker is better and will be more productive than Manziel? Only time will tell.

With his off the field issues and how poor Cleveland is, he could bust in two years and the total would go "way under." It all depends on whether you think he'll be a bust or not.

Take away the partying and Mayfield is still the better prospect than Maziel. I think Sashi Brown had a good plan for rebuilding the team but poor execution. Of course Darnold and Chubb would have been a better first round.
