RX Survey...is it legit?

Just got a screen when I clicked on a forum to take a five-question survey. I took it and then was offered some prizes--Testosterone booster, male enhancement and fat burner. Is this something the RX is endorsing or is this a hack job?

Might be spam on your pc

It said to visitor to RX ...it asked five questions, How often to you view, what improvements, etc., then popped up my "rewards" where all I had to do was pay shipping. I canned it at that point.

it did the same to me,, the rewards were,

1. bj from a cab driver. (didnt specify man or woman giving it)
2. bag of weed direct from mexico.
3. RonPopeels pocket fisherman.
4. winner of tonights boston/phili matchup,,

I chose the winner of tonights Bos. phili matchup,,

It said Phili -4 balls deep!
