[h=1]Brain cancer-stricken Senator John McCain, 81, has 'started planning his funeral and does not want Trump there - but wants Mike Pence to attend'[/h]
  • John McCain's inner circle is reportedly starting to plan his funeral as the 81-year-old Republican Arizona Senator battles an aggressive form of brain cancer
  • A report claims that McCain's people told the White House that Vice President Mike Pence is invited to attend the service, but not President Donald Trump

Wonder if he’ll instruct the mortician to have his hands clinched with his middle fingers extended crossing his chest. Maybe sharpie ‘Trump’ on each of those fingers too.

Bitter bitter old fuck. I don’t feel sorry for him. Eat dirt.

It's hard for me to talk negatively about a dying man, just bad karma to me.

Then again, a dying man should also stop playing politics, but John McCain can't help himself.

I have often times said the most important thing to John McCain is to be worshiped by the liberal media and to be seen as a political maverick of some sort. So he says stuff and does stuff to make liberals happy and get favorable press, even though they never reciprocate and they'll burn him every chance they get.

When W was POTUS, McCain agreed with the likes of Reid and Schumer that the SC Nominees should NOT be picked by the President but should be recommended by a Gang of 14 Senators , 7 from each party. As soon as the Democrats regained the WH, that process disappeared, and Obama was free to nominate whomever he pleased (which is how it's supposed to be)

A great example of how John McCain was used as a doormat by Senate Democrats and their criminal corrupt colluding media. Also an example of how Republicans abide by the rule of law, while democrats change things to serve their preference of the day.

I wish McCain well, I thank him for his military service, but I never liked him in the political arena and I'm not going to miss him in the political arena.

In the political arena, John McCain is part of the swamp

He made healthcare reform a personal spat with Trump rather thinking for the greater good. Too self absorbed for my liking on an issue as great as this. For those that will or have suffered due to McCain’s personal defiance the Karma is on him.

In 2016, he campaigned on the repeal of Obamacare, said it had to happen

In 2017, after being reelected, he voted against repeal. He said he couldn't support such a partisan vote to repeal. (1) The bill itself was partisan, so why should the repeal of such be held to some higher standard? (2) There is zero chance the democrats agree to any repeal, and he knows this (3) the bill would NOT have passed if he didn't show up to vote. But he walks in to cast a vote against repeal to appease the democrats and look like some fucking hero. Classless Drama Queen material

That behavior represents everything that's wrong with Washington

Lying to your voters
Lying about the reasons for your vote
Acting like an asshole
Being a fucking idiot

Yes. Well said.

You forgot that he was the worst Republican candidate for Pres of my lifetime. If not for Sara Palin igniting the ticket he would have lost by record numbers.
