Dirty cop Robert Mueller got smacked down by another judge and we couldn’t be happier.

It has been a bad week for Mueller.

First his prosecutors were raked over the coals by Judge Ellis, now his request for delay on the junk Russian bot case has been DENIED.

MUELLER-600x358.jpg

As previously reported, Robert Mueller’s team was seeking a delay in the first court hearing in a criminal case against one of the companies charged in Mueller’s Russian bot investigation.

Concord Management and Consulting is requesting documents from the Mueller witch hunt team and now they’re balking.

They never expected one of the alleged Russian bot companies to call their bluff.

Mueller’s indictment of 13 Russians and three companies involved in so-called ‘Russian interference’ was a publicity stunt to justify his salary. He wasn’t expecting to actually have to fight any of them in court.

In fact, Fox News cited The Gateway Pundit’s report on a scoop that Mueller’s indictment was one big publicity stunt:

Investigative reporter Paul Sperry spoke with a veteran FBI official who said the Russians named in the indictment are in Russia and will never be arrested or incarcerated; the indictment was all a public relations stunt.

According to Sperry, a veteran FBI agent said the 13 indictments by Mueller are moot and it was done for show to solely justify the Special Counsel’s existence and salary.

Well, now one of the companies wants to play and Mueller is running scared.

It gets better….

The judge denied Mueller’s request for a delay.

Politico
reported:

A federal judge has rejected special counsel Robert Mueller’s request to delay the first court hearing in a criminal case charging three Russian companies and 13 Russian citizens with using social media and other means to foment strife among Americans in advance of the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

In a brief order Saturday evening, U.S. District Court Judge Dabney Friedrich offered no explanation for her decision to deny a request prosecutors made Friday to put off the scheduled Wednesday arraignment for Concord Management and Consulting, one of the three firms charged in the case.

[…]The Concord lawyers said Mueller’s attorneys were seeking “to usurp the scheduling authority of the Court” by waiting until Friday afternoon to try to delay a proceeding scheduled for next Wednesday. Dubelier and Seikaly complained that the special counsel’s office has not replied at all to Concord’s discovery requests. The lawyers, who work for Pittsburgh-based law firm Reed Smith, also signaled Concord intends to assert its speedy trial rights, putting more pressure on the special counsel’s office to turn over records related to the case.

Friedrich, a Trump appointee based in Washington, sided with Concord and said the arraignment will proceed as scheduled Wednesday afternoon.

Judge Dabney Friedrich was appointed by President Donald Trump in December of 2017.

Finally honest judges are standing up to Mueller and calling him out for the dishonest, corrupt liar he is.

When they leaked the #2's texts at the FBI in charge of the counter intelligence and the text said, "there's nothing here" - I knew all I needed to know - Mueller is the ur classic prosecutor - anything to see people charged - but no one is being charged with crimes that relate to Russian interference and our election - and the warrant all stems from - time to move on

Get this, the fucking idiots are worried about giving the defense team sensitive information. You mean they're trying to tell us they didn't know there's a discovery process? They're trying to convince Americans they didn't know the defense team would ask to see the evidence? Are they that fucking stupid? Of course not

They just don't have evidence proving anything, and their bluff was called, their publicity stunt failed but their media will continue to sell whatever narrative they're told too sell for the brain dead fucking idiots to swallow whole without reflex

Next week, the libtarded narrative is going to be Republicans and conservatives want to jeopardize national security by wanting the accused to be able to defend themselves. And the ACLU will remain silent

Mueller and the democrats and the swamp only want to win the battle of public opinion, the only convictions they'll win is in the press

This is going to be interesting to see what happens this week.

Team Mueller didn't expect that anyone would show up to fight his bullshit.

By the way, the law firm representing Concord is based in Pittsburgh!

Note, even if the SC wins, nobody goes to jail.

In the beginning the media told us Mueller was to be feared.

We were told he has the power to bring Trump down. As it
turns out that was all propaganda.

Mueller is nothing but a clown. I don't know anyone who takes
a clown seriously.

Their max fine is $500K or tops double the financial gain they had from the fraud. This is a clown indictment by Mueller/Weissmann.

Indicted Russian Company Asks Judge To Dismiss Mueller’s ‘Make-Believe’ Charges

CHRIS WHITE

One of the Russian companies special counsel Robert Mueller accused of interfering in the 2016 presidential election is asking a federal judge to determine if he is engaging in a sham criminal case.

Foreign interference in the presidential election is a “make-believe crime,” Concord Management and Consulting said in a court filing Monday. The company argues the case is an example of Mueller attempting to “justify his own existence” by indicting “a Russian — any Russian.”

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein has “rejected the history and integrity of the DOJ and instead licensed a Special Counsel who for all practical political purposes cannot be fired, to indict a case that has absolutely nothing to do with any links or coordination between any candidate and the Russian Government,” Concord wrote in the court filing.

Concord’s lawyers also petitioned the judge to review the instructions Mueller’s team gave the grand jury in securing the indictment.

The company is the only one among three Russian companies Mueller indicted in February that has responded to the charges in court. Concord Management pleaded not guilty to a conspiracy charge related to creating a so-called troll farm to goad people into voting for President Donald Trump. Mueller has been unable to reach the other defendants in the case — most of which reside overseas.

Mueller’s team must prove Concord purposely disrupted the functioning of the Federal Election Commission and was aware of the illegality of their actions, attorneys argue. The company’s lawyers attached an indictment from 1998 against a California fundraiser accused of disguising contributions to the 1996 Clinton-Gore campaign. One of the lawyers who worked the case is now the judge presiding over Mueller’s charges.

Concord Management, Internet Research Agency and Concord Catering enacted a so-called “translator project,” which began in April 2014 and employed hundreds of Russian operatives tasked with using fictitious online personas to sow discord on social media platforms, Mueller’s indictment asserts.

The goal of the project was “information warfare against the United States of America,” the indictment asserts. The scheme involved intelligence gathering activities inside the U.S. as well as interactions with U.S. political activists. Concord’s goal was ultimately to tilt the election away from former Secretary Hillary Clinton and toward Trump, according to the indictment.

The operation advanced in several stages over the two-plus years leading up to the election. Many of the efforts were aimed at hurting Hillary Clinton’s election chances by boosting her opponents, including Trump, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and Green Party candidate Jill Stein, the indictment suggests.

Make-believe crimes from a make-believe investigation. Makes perfect sense.

No wonder the Pauper believes Mueller is the greatest investigator in US history. The dirty cop is as effective in the courtroom as Erv the perv.

Mueller team urges federal judge to reject request for hearing on leaks

A series of anonymously sourced news accounts about special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation don’t amount to evidence of illegal grand jury leaks and could have come from defense attorneys or others outside the investigation, prosecutors said in a court filing on Monday.

Mueller’s team is also urging a federal judge in Virginia to turn down a request from Paul Manafort, a former Trump campaign chairman, to hold a hearing in which witnesses could be summoned to testify about the alleged leaks.

Lol, this is the best. They have absolutely zero chance of making these charges stick.
