(CNN) Special counsel Robert Mueller's team has informed President Donald Trump's attorneys that they have concluded that they cannot indict a sitting president, according to the President's lawyer.

"All they get to do is write a report," Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani told CNN. "They can't indict. At least they acknowledged that to us after some battling, they acknowledged that to us."
That conclusion is likely based on longstanding Justice Department guidelines. It is not about any assessment of the evidence Mueller's team has compiled.

Indictment was never the goal. Impeachment is.

The goal all along has been to dig up enough dirt on Trump and pass it on to, what Mueller hopes, is a House run by the Dims, who will vote for impeachment.

Of course, the Senate will remain under GOP control so no chance Trump will be convicted.

Mueller makes libtards like Pauper clap like the trained seals they are but what a waste of time and money. :>(

There are a few people out there who believe Mueller is actually a "White Hat" for Trump, Joe. They are saying he knows this is all BS and is clearning the decks for possible prosecutions for the Dems for spying on team Trump.

Not sure I can buy that though.
