</form>A black male porn star is suing a production company claiming the white female star he was working with called him the N-word.
Maurice McKnight, who works professionally as Moe the Monster, claims he was called the racist term twice without his consent while filming a scene for a porn video which was posted online.

He filed a lawsuit against DF Productions Inc and director James Camp on Thursday at Los Angeles County Superior Court.

In the suit, the adult film star claims that Camp asked him twice if he would consent to being called the N-word while filming the scene on July 12, last year, but he said no.

He told BuzzFeed News : "I told him, 'No, I don't like the word'."
McKnight alleges that Camp told him fans liked hearing the word, but that he still did not give his consent to it being used.
The porn star claims Camp told him that his co-star Deborah Hinkle, who performs as Ryan Conner, was comfortable using the term, but he still insisted he didn't want to go ahead.

He added to the website: "I said, 'I don't care if she's OK with it - I don't like that word and I'm not down with it'."
McKnight also claims Hinkle was present both times that he refused to be called the N-word.
But he alleges that Hinkle used the word twice while they were filming.

She reportedly says: "Give me that n****r l**d. Give me all that n****r c**" in the clip uploaded online.

"I've shot over 50 scenes for this company. For a long time, I was one of their top guys. And I'm always publicly talking about racism.
"For them to even ask me was an insult, then to do it against my will, it hurts. It feels like it was a set-up."
McKnight's lawyers claim the director "conspired" with the production company to "dupe" the star into performing sex acts with Hinkle, knowing that she was going to say the "racist slur" during the scene.
His lawyer, Dan Gileon said: "Camp and DFI defrauded McKnight for the purpose of creating and selling racist content to its racist consumers.
"The use of the N-word in the workplace is considered by courts, and our society, as the most offensive racial slue imaginable.
"It embodies the evil of racism."

He also claims he was told the racial slurs would be edited out but that they were not.
And according to the suit, the film has been on sale since December.
McKnight also claims he was sent abusive text messages after he began voicing his concerns.
One text allegedly sent from Camp to McKnight said: "You're a disgrace. To your people. To your family. To yourself."
McKnight has been in the industry for nine years, and is suing for lost wages, emotional distress and embarrassment.
