How does this work in vegas? Do you just go to the casino you want to post up with and go in and give them $1000 and they put it on their app in your account and you bet until you want to cash out and go their in person to collect?

Now that its legal, how are the non-vegas casino's going to operate? Are you able to go to another state and sign up in person even if you live in a different state that doesn't allow it?

Set up account at casino. Download the app. Your phone settings has to allow showing you’re in the state. You will not be allowed to bet once you cross state lines due to your phones location. You can directly deposit money into your account from your bank account but you can’t do vice versa. Have to go to sports book to withdraw. Some casinos offer a money card system whereas you can have funds withdrawn from sports book account to the card. Then you can withdraw from the card at an ATM.

You will incur fees for depositing from your bank account to the sports book account.

And

You will incur fees for withdrawing from sports book account to money card account. AND you will incur ATM fees. But you can use the money card like a credit card for purchases since the card is backed by either Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

NO fees if you make deposits and withdrawals in person at casino.

I'm also curious as to why you wouldn't be able to bet beyond state lines now that sports betting is no longer illegal.

each State has it's own regulations. Also not All States have a bill or a bill planned. So not all States plan on having Gambling, or Gambling yet.

NJ will be the First. That doesn't mean if you live in PA, you can Gamble on a NJ Sportsbook App from PA.
