I know the only thing consistent about NBA officiating is inconsistency, I no longer think twice about the routine missed or blown calls. A player getting free throws when he wasn't even touched? Old news, happens every game.
But it's that mystery call from the stratosphere that pisses me off, like taking away the Morris 3 when it's totally obvious the shot was off. An NBA ref should know the shot was off, just try and elevate for a three and then high kick with your right leg and then release the ball, it ain't going to be pretty. Replays clearly showed the shot was off before any contact, or I should say my rewind showed that because I don't think they showed the replay and I don't think they even talked about it.
