Jwhite One Play A Day Jay thread

Well, I am going to try to learn from the more successful cappers and play one play a day. There was/is a guy named twoplaymax so I am copying him a little for fun. I can’t promise I will stick to one play but I am going to battle every degen nerve in my body and try to stick to only my top play.

Lots of great pitching matchups tonight but my here is my kick off play:

Friday May 25

Phils -115 10 units

(leans Braves +170, Royals +130, Astros under 8, Angels +200, Brew +115, Giants +210–I will be most likely be playing all these because I see a lot of value but will not count them. I will take all the heat if the leans suck or just stop posting them, but my one top posted official play is the Phillies).

What are your MIN/MAX units?

Varkey, I have been a volume player and my units historically can vary but the bottom line is I may play a $25 parlay or on the high side $10k on one bet. I have played more on a handful of occasions but my usual bets are $100-$1000. For this thread, 10 units will be my standard play and represents $1000. My money management and discipline have hostorically sucked so the idea of this thread is to limit to one play and one size a day. In reality, I will be playing more plays but want to just post what I perceive to be my strongest play each day. It’s simply a matter of trying to contribute to the forum.

Phillies -180 1 unit
parlay 2 .5 units pays 1.2

i really really want to make 2+ plays today. I know know. But I qualified I am not disciplined. Probably all the more reason to fade.

Bonus champions league plays (I LOVE soccer (Futbol) and have a fair amount of success in winning at it—of course posting can ruin that!)

1h Liverpool +.25 2 units
over 3 -130 5 units
Gareth bale to score +200 1 unit
Salah to score +130 1.5 units
Both to score -250 (JUICY) 3 units
Liverpool over 1.5 goals +115 3 units

1-2 baseball -.5 units. 1-3 -1.65 units. Not ideal but good thing is I am like 2 at bats from 3-0. Not making excuses but makes me feel like I am reading the games well. Should turn soon. Soccer helped me have a big day regardless. Had Salah not gone out so early with fluke injury, there is no doubt I would have swept 7-0 and picked up like 18 units!!! Oh well back to focusing on bases.

1-3 -17.5 units sorry guys I screwed up my units—went from 10-1 but like I said the point is I am playing 1000 per game—other than parlays or other “fun plays,” etc. (won’t count my soccer units).

Sunday play:
Tigers -120 10 units

fun round robin: marlins over 7, pirates under 8, brew -120, tigers over 9’ 5 units pays 15 units

really need to focus on my original intention and will try to from now on.

Thanks T but don’t need it. I am like Barkley. Between my day job and a nice inheritance I can afford to lose. I am not embarrassed by it. I just don’t want people to tail me and lose. I thought if I could put some pressure on me to just post my favorite because other people might follow, then I would have a reason to be disciplined.

nice hit on the brew crew. best record in the nl and still not getting any attention. good luck today, like the pirates as well.
