Go Celts. 1-6 on the Playoff road. Uncharacteristic. They were the third best rd team in the NBA behind Houston and Golden State. They got their confidence back in Boston. I think they close this series out tonight.
Good luck all.
There definitely is a big disparity in their play but 1-6 is a little deceiving. Both games 3 and 4 in Milwaukee they didn't have Smart and it was Tatum/Rozier/Brown 1st playoff starts. They got a split in Philly. They got crushed in Cleveland game 3 but up 2-0 a lot of teams get killed in that spot. Game 4 they played really well after the 1st quarter I thought, LeBron just had 1 of his best games ever and they couldn't quite get over the hump.
If Love can't comeback because Tatum's ironhead took him out then I'd like to see the Celts play Baynes less and Morris/Smart more. Even Ojeleye.
You just don't really need him eating space if the Cavs have a smaller lineup in and LeBron is hunting him on D. And Celts need all the spacing/scoring they can get on the road.
Though I suppose keeping him in makes it tougher for the Cavs to put TT on Horford who has long been his kryptonite.
