Scummy hypocrite. Stupid bitch not only got canceled, even her agent hired her fat ass, lol. ABC is being praised for quickly jettisoning that scum, should never have hired her in the first place.

Trump silent on Roseanne’s racism after he praised her new TV show

If Trump weighs in, it will probably be to defend her.

Trump was quick to praise Roseanne’s ratings, but has so far declined to weigh in on her latest overtly racist tweet.
On Tuesday morning, Roseanne Barr sparked a furious backlash with a now-deleted tweet that compared former Obama senior adviser Valerie Jarrett with apes. Responding to a thread about Jarrett, Barr wrote “Muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby=vj.”
When confronted by journalist Andrew Kaczynski about the racist tweet, Barr replied, “It’s a joke,” and defended herself to her followers by tweeting “ISLAM is not a RACE, lefties. Islam includes EVERY RACE of people.”But as the outrage grew, Barr finally deleted the tweet and issued a forced apology for “making a bad joke.”Roseanne was a hot topic for Trump a few months ago, when her rebooted sitcom scored big ratings after the premier episode revealed that the main character had voted for Trump.Trump told a crowd in Ohio that he had called Roseanne that same night to congratulate her.“Look at Roseanne, I called her yesterday. Look at her ratings,” he said. He bragged about the show, saying, “It was about us!”CNN reporter Brian Stelter hints that ABC may take action this time, after ignoring Roseanne’s history of vile tweets. So far, Trump has remained quiet about Roseanne’s racist outburst, but that could change if she does, indeed, face some sort of punishment for her actions. Trump was happy to defend Confederate monuments, and should have no problem leaping to Roseanne’s defense. In fact, his most loyal fans will demand it.

Look, we even put the black girl right in the middle for ya!

I’d like to take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt thanks to ABC and its super-mega-superstar, Roseanne Barr for educating us about the true nature of Trump’s supporters. It has been a real learning experience. I mean that. And no one could have put it better than ABC’s President of Entertainment, Channing Dungey:
“We had spent a lot of time looking for diverse voices in terms of people of color and people from different religions and even people with a different perspective on gender,” Dungey said. “But we had not been thinking nearly enough about economic diversity and some of the other cultural divisions within our own country. That’s been something we’ve been really looking at with eyes open since that time.
Damn straight. Enough coddling those “diverse voices.” It was time to venture out into Real 'Murica and find out what was going on in the heads of those millions of poor, misunderstood white folks who voted for Trump. The folks who were suffering silently, being forced to endure that "political correctness" that required them to actually be … tolerant and respectful human beings.
They couldn't just be racist, could they? Naw, that was just a Leftist canard. They were all bent out of shape really ‘cause of their “economic anxiety!” Twarn’t no racism involved! And Roseanne was the perfect vehicle to explain that to the rest of us clueless lefties.
“Part of the reason the show is successful is because it taps into the frustration and disappointment that working-class people feel about the economy right now. But if you watch all the episodes, we don’t really mention politics as much as we did in the pilot.”
Frustration and disappointment. Man, I was just bawling my eyes out with empathy. Those were some heady times, weren’t they, Channing? They lasted...well, about five or six episodes! Where Americans were really learning to understand the needs and wants of those Trump voters! And there weren’t no racism! Well, maybe a little..but we all knew that it had to be understood in context…
But Goddamit if she didn’t open her mouth again and let it all come out in one long, cathartic Tweet. It must have felt good for a few seconds, though, to let out her true feelings.
You must have known it would bubble out of her at some point, right Channing? The truth can’t be denied, right? Oh, wait, you're making a statement now, shhh....
"Roseanne's Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show," ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey said in a statement.
Oh! In that case, Nevermind.
