well theres an incredibly good chance justify doesn't race again breeding rights sold for $75M why risk potentially losing value on his stud fee or worst case him potentially getting injured.. but would love to see him run a couple more atleast perhaps the Whitney then BC classic would be nice but we may never see him on the track again

Good point and I realize that ...

If owners hold Justify back from entering the BC Classic , he would always be considered less of TC Champion than American Pharoah who won the BC Classic by 6 1/2 lengths .... He was also trained by Baffert , which helps , imo .... Breeders Cup was held at Keenland in 2015 , a track that AP was not familiar with , while Justify gets to return to where he won the Derby ( regardless that it was in the slop ) ... I feel that is a bit of an advantage to Justify ...

To me ...it's worth the $40 investment at almost 4-1 .... then I will try to back up my bet a little with betting Audible and West Coast on top in my gimmicks ....

GL ... Peace !!!

Did AP in 2015 run in any races prior to the BC Classic ??? I feel whatever schedule Baffert used with AP ...the same would go for Justify ...

ap owner also fucked up by selling the breeding rights before he won the triple crown and thats mostly why he kept running because they were trying to get more purse money out of him

More solid info...Rich ! So my feel is that maybe the owners of Justify might hold him back until the BC Classic .... Your thoughts ?

well i mean i feel like if they're gonna run him might as well run him the travers then BCC.. travers he's obviously head and shoulders best 3yo.. and its not as if there are any late developing 3yo's out there that didnt run in the triple crown races that have a shot of beating him.. it'll be the same class he just dominated in 3 straight or 4 depending if you want to go before triple crown races.. as a fan i'd love to see him go for the grandslam not sure right now who can contest this horse there are a few non 3yo's that he hasn't seen that perhaps but that $75M breeding investment doesn't seem to make much financial sense it seems it could only hurt his stud fee how much higher could it honestly get if he got the grand slam and won the BCC

Tough call ... You would think they would run him to get a race in for the BC Classic , but I'm sure we won't know for sometime , yet ?

yeah i guess so but i see him at +200 on bet365 and i remember last year losing a future like this when the horse didn't run in the race.. i dont think its worth it he closed at 4/5 in belmont i think because for some reason there were so many non believers now perhaps they are?? idk but even if he were to run i think somewhere around even money would be the line on him so that extra price isn't worth the risk of him not running which certainly seems quite possible right now its unfortunate because their aren't the a handful of elite elite horses this moment like we've had in past years.. i think there are a handful of filly's right now that are more competitively intriguing then the boys.. Unique Bella Monomoy Girl Abel Tasman Midnight Bisou.. I think Unique Bella and Monomoy Girl could give the boys a run for their money if they had the opportunity getting way off topic lol.. but i love Monomoy Girl esp since shes got abit of that same bloodline of Beholder one of my all time favorites boy she was special
