Defending champion Brooks Koepka was clinging to a one-shot lead as he made the turn at the US Open on Sunday, where Tommy Fleetwood put the pressure on with a final-round 63.

Brooks Koepka is the first back-to-back U.S. Open champion since Curtis Strange pulled the same double in 1988 and 1989. This win is completely different than the birdie-fest last year at Erin Hills.

Koepka finishes at 281, +1. Last over-par winner was Justin Rose in 2013 at Merion at +1. Webb Simpson also +1 in 2012 at Olympic Club.

great pairing with Johnson and Koepka. Fun to watch. Both hit it a mile with the same shape; high fade. Congrats to Koepka- had some huge putts today

as time passes , Tiger Woods' body of work will look even more amazing. Look at these guys; McIlroy, Spieth, Johnson, ...........cmon, they dont touch Woods. Johnson had a 4 shot lead into the weekend of a major and folded like a cheap suit. Saturday had 2 holes that were basically unplayable, the USGA blew it, but that was the case for all the players. And today? Johnson missed how many short putts?...good grief. Spieth is only 24 and is suffering the yips. McIlroy? LOL.
