This Year to insure we continue to have the Best Post-Up Football Contest yet again for a 6th Year, 2nd only to the Real Las Vegas Super Contest, We Needed to hire JOH so we can have the Very Best Grading that we get each and every year.
Because as some know, JOH doesn't work for the RX any longer, and even when he did, he always did his Contest Grading on his Own time.
This helps me run a smooth, no problems Contest. ( I receive No Money out of this )
So Every entry of $100, $5 will be taken out and placed in a pot to pay for JOH's services.
This way he gets paid for his work, he helps us out for a great contest and there is No pressure on Tipping at the end.
* of course if you wish to throw a few extra bucks his way, that's Totally up to you.
This Contest is a Post-Up contest with an NON-REFUNDABLE Entry fee of $100.00
Contest Starts on Week #1 ( Sept. 1st )
If you sign up to enter, you will receive the payment info when you submit your form.
* If you are Playing in Both This and the LVH NFL style Contest, you may pay Both Together. ($100 for College and $200 for NFL) *Total $300
Last year we had 74 Entries and a Prize Pool of $7,400. Heatwave became our 5th Annual College SuperContest Champion and collected $2960 for his efforts.
The College SuperContest keeps getting more and more popular every year and hopefully this year will be no exception. Hope to see another stellar turnout as we continue to bring you guys the biggest and best Football Contests on the internet.
RULES :
1. The season long non-refundable entry fee is $100.00. Entries accepted Until Aug. 31, 2017 ( you have until Sept. 1st 2018 to get your Payment in )
2. Each contestant will use his RX user name ONLY. ( No Team names ) * Max Two Entries
3. Actual cash prizes will be based on total number of contestants ( will be posted on or around Sept. 4th )
4. This Contest is based on picking winning teams against the Spread. Contestants must select six teams per week. ( Sides Only )
(a) Contestants may not select both sides of the same game. Any violation results in a double loss.
(b) Any selections that are duplicated will be graded first by the actual outcome and any subsequent duplications will be automatic losses.
5. Contest winners will be determined by the total number of points accumulated during the NCAA Football regular season. Each winning selection will be credited as one point. Ties (pushes) count as one half point.
6. Contestants must submit their weekly selections by 10PM Eastern time each Friday Night. * ONLY Saturday Games will be Used. Any contestant who fails to submit weekly selections by 10:00.59PM Eastern time on Friday will be awarded zero points that week. This time deadline will be strictly enforced.
7. Weekly Lines will be Posted Each Tuesday Night ( will use Pinnacle Lines )
* Please note if game is Off the Board, you can NOT use that Game.
8. Only RX Members can Enter to Play ( You MUST have an RX User name and have at least 25 Posts to Enter, and have a Total of 50 by end of Contest )
* If You DON'T have at least 25 Posts, Do Not Sign Up. ( Your payment will be returned )
8a. 9a. Don't have 50+ posts, by the week before the end of the Contest ... well if You cash, You will get 10 % deducted.
because This Contest, along with the NFL one was put together for the Posters of the RX
It's not fair for the RX posters that come here weekly.
9. Tie-breaking rules:
Tie-breaking rules will be applied to determine first place only. Entries tying for second through 10th place, will equally split aggregate prize money from the respective place. If ties exist after the NCAA Football regular season for first place, the champion will be determined based on the entry that accumulated the most contest points during the final three weeks of the regular season. If total points accumulated during the final three weeks is equal most points accumulated during the fourth to the final week will determine the winner, and so on weekly (in reverse order), until the tie is broken.
In the unlikely occurrence of a tie after the tie-breakers, co-champions will be declared and the aggregate prize money will be split equally.
Winning distribution will start one week from Contest end, as everything is double checked to assure there are no mistakes
* A Google Form will be provided to make your Weekly Picks. They will appear on the accompanying Spreadsheet, released after the Friday 10PM ET Deadline.
