"IF" (and thats a huge IF) Manafort knew anything about Trump and Russian collusion, there is NO NEED for him to flip. Trump has the ability to pardon if he keeps his mouth shut lol. So, why would he need to flip? If he flips, there will still be charges against him, when if he keeps quiet, he walks free with a pardon.
