Question about Delaware picks: Are they ranked in the order of your strongest opinion or strongest bet-ability?

When I do put a chalkster on top, it usually means I won't bet the race because it has no value to do so! IMO

First off, I only actually cap 5 horses per race. I assign a numerical rating to each. A rating which I totally made up in my head so no one else has these figs cept me. Let's use race #7 @ Parx as an example today.

Using your figs to bet then it's a no-brainer because your top figs also have value.
But still, it's hard to know the 9 isn't a great play at 11-1 because you have him picked 3rd.
5 is 5-1
2 is 6-1
9 is 11-1
btw, your true 3rd choice (3) runs 3rd at 7-1.
Kinda see why Lt posts 5 horses.
It's all good. You're trying to post best overlays without knowing what the odds are going to be.
Always a tough feat.
