Well Intertops got me in the end. They declined my bitcoin withdraw citing the following:

Thank you for choosing Intertops.
This e-mail is to advise you that your withdrawal for US$2500 via Bitcoin has been declined due to the following reason:

·
The maximum amount allowed to be wagered with an active bonus is US$10 – wagers were placed for $25 on Blackjack.

In light of the above US$2402 has been deducted from your account leaving last deposit of US$505.81 made on the 15th June, 2018 to allow you to try again. Please see rules and regulations below:Classic casino/Additional Restrictions:3.4 The maximum individual wager permitted using any portion of bonus funds is $2.00 on any single pay-line on a slot game or 10.00 on any single wager on any other game. Players placing wagers using any portion of bonus funds in excess of this maximum will forfeit any winnings earned from said wagers.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,JadeFinancial Services

Just a friendly heads up to all that play there and use their bullshit bonus codes with rules that are not clear and in the open. I put in a second bitcoin withdraw request for the $505. I will not give that to them.

I've heard some bad shit about them.

That's pretty scammy shit, IMO.

And that's why I never accept bonuses anymore..... b/c nowadays a bonus can often be a scam plan by the book.

Also, when you play with shit books, this kind of stuff happens.

Good luck.

https://classic.intertops.eu/en/terms-conditions

Listed under Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the classic casino web page. Not hard to find and is pretty spelled out. You have no claim to make in my opinion. Due diligence is a must.

Why not have the rule listed up front and on the bonus offer? Why not have your software not except bets over 10 dollars? I'll tell you why. They're taking a shot. Even if I would of found that lil get out of jail free card of theirs I would of not understood it. I am a 25 to 200 max bettor.....10 bucks? Get the fuck out.

Those are questions to ask them, not me. Anytime a bonus is involved you should always read the T&C at any site. It wasn't hidden away on some obscure hard to find page. It was on the main page of that version of the casino you chose to play.

Reminds me of when you sign up for a CC, nobody reads the T&C and signs away. However once something doesn't go their way and they are pointed to the rule from the T&C, all of a sudden it's their fault.

Suck it up, learn from your lesson and read the T&C's going forward if you choose to take a bonus anywhere.

They didn't take any shot at you. You deposited blindly accepted the bonus offer and then got caught not following the terms. If anyone took the shot it was you. You'll never admit it and look for pity because they enforced their rules that you never bothered to fully review or follow.

The rule is simple as simple gets.

Sorry I don't agree with you but just like illegals crossing the border, laws are laws and rules are rules and should be abided to or face the consequences.

Not looking for pitty…….it's a shit move on their part to put that rule buried on their site and not up front with the bonus offer. It's also a shit move to not have your software kick those bets out. It's also a shit move to bring the rules infraction to my attention two weeks later when I am requesting a payout. IF you can't see they are taking shots at players you are either stupid as fuck or just like to stir the pot.....either way? eat a dick.

I agree that you should have read the rules. I bet at Intertops, not at the casino, but only in the Sportsbook and before I take a bonus I read all of the rules. While you make a good point that the software should have detected that you betting more than the limit and they should have advised you, I disagree that the limit was hidden. It was clearly indicated in the rules.

So they're free rolling the player. They shouldn't accept a $ 25 wager if their limit is $ 10.

You lose, they keep it, you win, they keep it

Fuck that shit

im just curious, but what portion of the action was 25.00 bets??

And yes, it makes no difference what the rules are LISTED, this is a QUASI... Bait and switch..

Heres a good rule... you can DRIVE YOUR CAR... BUT ONLY IF YOU WEAR HORSE BLINDERS... lol...

What if he FORGOT the 25.00 bj rule?? What if he made only 1 25.00 bet, would all profits be forfeited then?

You cant have a soft assed rule like that listed, and not have fail safes designed to corral the customer.

Imagine if you had lost your bonus deposit, then read the rules 2 days later and realized you wouldnt have lost it all that fast, and might have made a run only betting $10.... they wouldnt refund your money then lol

Eat a dick? Why because I don't agree with you?

I've never seen any software that does limit a player how much they can bet because they have a bonus. You could've been betting $50, $75, $100, hell $11 and that's just the way it goes.

You are looking for pity, you are looking for people to agree with you. Wahhhhhh Wahhhhhh Wahhhhhh

You were caught gaming the system and the bonus and you lost what? What you felt you won?

Now in all fairness, if you had bets that were $10 or less those should count towards your bonus rollover, but you don't indicate much.

Just that you were betting $25, put in a cashout and were declined and shown the rules. Were all of your winnings from BJ? Did you play slot games?

Ask for a full play breakdown.
