you must have moved to Northern Montana or left the country because I see some very long-lasting Obama policies that are negatively shaping our daily lives, several beyond the point where we can return. He succeeded in fucking us up socially/morally/religiously for a very long time, perhaps forever, but at least economically we were saved from his destruction by quickly reversing the momentum.

Great post my friend, but we do have a few of other paths to survival
1) economic growth
2) education
if those two variables improve or stay strong, the left's base will erode
3) win a mere 33% of the black vote
that would essentially be the end of the democratic party as we know it, they'll have to look for more support outside of large urban areas and their modern day leadership CAN'T accomplish that
None of which is easy to accomplish, but we have hope
