Anything more than 20 or 30 minutes and it's more than a nap. IMO. Spain and I think other parts of Europe have siestas. They take siestas in the afternoon. Some businesses even shut down for a tiny bit for these afternoon naps. Must be rejuvenating. But that was years ago when I was there. Don't know if they still do that.

i take power naps several times a week. I set aside about half hour, then set my alarm. Usually takes me 10-12 minutes to fall asleep and I nap for 18-20 minutes and it works EVERY time for me.

Same 1-2 a day at most but some days I don't get one in at all.

I sleep better at night if I don't have a nap, so I try to avoid naps.:aktion033

These are nice if there is a time and a place for it. commute to work is 45 min. work is 8.5 hrs or more if I want to - then 45 minute commute back. That takes me from 6 am wake up to 5:30 pm. would love to work one in there, but it aint possible

Ideally half hour on weeknights, up to 2 hours on weekends. If I take a couple hour nap on a week night, it generally leads to a long overnight, then being tired the following day, then overnapping the next night and the vicious cycle continues until the work week is over.

anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes

anything that's 2-4 hours is not a nap, it means I'm exhausted for some reason and I'm crashing

>1 hour and you're out of nap territory.

Can't stand naps. Fucks my whole day up, I hate that wake up feeling.

funny how people can be so different. If I could have a POWER nap every day my world would be even better. But it HAS to be 20 minutes or less otherwise I would feel groggy like the feeling you get
