I recall the above thread title when that idiot was first announced as Dump's latest lawyer(how has he been through now? Dowd, The Georgia Peach aka Ty Cobb, the guy whose name escapes me who was on the flight where Dump dictated a lying statement to his dim-witted son, and the lawyer quit the moment the plane touched down, and, of course, his "fixer" for over a decade, Esquire Michael Cohen.:pointer::hahahahahBut, Looney Rudy takes the cake, and, he's been awful QUIET lately, hasn't he?Shush()*:nohead::bbsmile::laughingb:notme:

Rudy Giuliani is missing and Michael Avenatti thinks it's because he's been 'an absolute train wreck'
2:11 p.m. ET

Rudy Giuliani, come out, come out, wherever you are! Ever since being named as one of President Trump's lawyers in April, the former New York City mayor has been making appearances just about everywhere — only he's gone uncharacteristically quiet in recent weeks, Business Insider points out.

Officially, Giuliani is telling the press he's been on vacation. "Was in Paris for FreeIran 2018 and day in London," he told Business Insider in response to their questions. "Work and visiting friends in Normandy on the Fourth. Back now in NYC." But Stormy Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, has a different theory about why Giuliani has suspiciously stopped running his mouth.

"I think that Trump has realized that Rudy is a disaster waiting to happen with every appearance," Avenatti said. "He has been an absolute train wreck as Trump's lawyer." Avenatti might be onto something — in May, Giuliani revealed that he hadn't spoken to Trump in "a couple of weeks." That was shortly after Giuliani had stumbled into potentially getting Trump into legal trouble during a routine interview with Sean Hannity.

Avenatti additionally suggested that his threat to expose evidence of Giuliani "voluntarily viewing pornography" might have scared Trump's lawyer into keeping quiet — or at least quieter than usual. Read more about Avenatti's theories, and what Giuliani has been up to, at Business Insider. Jeva Lange

Where is Rudy ? Oh here he is saying blow me Mueller . :pointer:

NYT: Trump lawyers make new demands before a Mueller interview

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump's legal team demanded that before the President agrees to an interview, the special counsel's team must prove it has evidence of Trump committing a crime and that it needs testimony from the President to conclude its probe, The New York Times reported Friday.

According to the Times, Trump's legal team set its new conditions on Friday with the special counsel team led by former FBI Director Robert Mueller. The demands mark further reason to believe the President will not submit voluntarily to an interview with the special counsel.

The Times account painted a picture of Trump's legal team as increasingly willing to combat the Mueller investigation while seeking to influence public opinion.

Rudy Giuliani told the Times that Mueller probably would not agree to these conditions. He conceded it was still possible the President would agree to an interview and continued to question the objectivity of the investigators.

"If they can come to us and show us the basis and that it's legitimate and that they have uncovered something, we can go from there and assess their objectivity," Giuliani said.

The same report said Trump's lawyers had contested a request from the special counsel team to interview White House chief of staff John Kelly, with White House lawyer Emmet Flood seeking to learn what investigators plan to ask and to narrow the topics of an interview.

The new conditions outlined in the Times report came as yet another set of demands around a potential sit-down between the President and Mueller's team. Trump said in January that he wanted to speak with Mueller and would do so under oath, although his attorney at the time, John Dowd, said he would decide if the President were to agree to an interview.

As deliberations continued through the spring over testimony from Trump, CNN reported that the President's legal team was told he was not a target of the Mueller investigation, and in April, CNN reported that preparations had begun for a potential interview.

But by late April, Trump tapped Giuliani to join his legal team, and the former New York mayor has offered varying statements about the terms for an interview with the President, from narrowing the subjects in discussion to demanding information on a confidential FBI source.

On Saturday, Giuliani popped up in Paris, speaking at the annual gathering of the National Council of Resistance of Iran.

While this stretch certainly wasn't one of complete silence from Giuliani, it was a stark departure from his weeks of freewheeling interviews on both the special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russia's interference in the 2016 US presidential election and the federal criminal investigation into Trump's longtime lawyer Michael Cohen.

Asked by Business Insider about the stretch of relative silence, Giuliani mentioned his recent travels.

"Was in Paris for FreeIran 2018 and day in London," he said in a text message. "Work and visiting friends in Normandy on the Fourth. Back now in NYC."
