Trump may get another nomination in his first term, two or three more in a second term

The two aging liberals will hold on as long as possible, but at their age nothing is guaranteed

Furthermore, conservatives like Thomas might retire during Trump's second term just to give him another nomination and to make sure the seat doesn't swing. That's the reason I think Kennedy resigned when he did, just in case the democrats take the Senate (which is not happening, but there has been larger upsets)

64 years old with diabetes. If she were to push to the end of Trumps term she’ll be 70. Her major organs are being affected despite managing it. She was treated by EMTs last January for low blood sugar and she recently suffered a shoulder injury. All adds stress to her aging diabetic body. She can last but I suspect we haven’t heard the last of her health issues which are destined to get worse between now and age 70. I think there is a fair chance she steps down before then.

saw an article from a radical lefist rag titled something about how "Trump has weaponized the court system". Typically i'd peruse something with that nutty of a title just to see if I can gain an understanding of their viewpoint but after one paragraph saying the McConnell is basically (might have even used the word 'literally') forcing senate back at gunpoint and at a risk to their lives just to confirm some judges I had to click out of that and do a morning shot of 101 Turkey.
