The process of Live Betting in the Industry

So most of the time, places like Heritage have the updated score on live games like tennis. With prices changing after every point, is it just a system they have calculating what all the lines will be or is there an actual person conducting these lines. I assumed with how little time they have, it's all calculated through a system they have.

On big matches/games, would any books have a line guy there live relaying or basically working something there relaying information?

I'd like the know the whole process of some of these Live Betting Shops, as simple or as complicated as they may be. Anyone know?

It's largely algorithm based. But they do have people adjusting for things like injuries just as they would adjust a halftime line.

It's not the easiest thing to do, that's why they juice it at -120 so they have more margin for error.

it is all algorithm based and live traders monitor the game and lines and will lock a market or all markets if something happens differently than expected.

It took almost two years to develop and is used by many of the offshore books and per head sites

On big games, such as the SuperBowl or Championship games etc, there will be a couple of live traders monitoring all of the markets

so there's only 1 program that calculates most of all live betting games/matches and everyone basically uses that one?

Is the original pregame line factored into the live line? I know it's a broad question because of so many different sports but I would assume it would have to be.

I believe there are just the two options for the CR books, ours and one other.

Anybody notice 5dimes raised the minimum to $5 on their live betting. Like to fuck around when small exotic bets for under $1 all the time... but now can't do that anymore.
