All it takes is one key injury in the playoff game and 'Bama is done. You gentlemen said so yourselves. A terribly soft schedule in a soft division of a conference that may be a bit down. Will it happen? Probably not, but is it worth laying 2 1/2 to 1? Not to me. Especially when the Championship game is in California this season.
You are correct but:
1. You could say that about every single individual game in all of sports not to mention the thousands of past futures. How many injuries have truly occured to alter the expected? Odds are against it.
2. How much does an injury or even two mean to stacked squads like this? This is to make Final 4 not even to win it all.

Not sure I understand this post. An injury in a playoff game doesn't change anything. If there already in the playoff , you won the bet. Why would you be worried about an injury in a playoff game ? regular season yes.. with all that said , I don't feel getting into 4 team playoff is a sure thing.
