they've been scrolling a warning message that security changes were coming on 7/17

unfortunately it's telling me my password and ID are wrong and not letting me log in so i guess that is pretty damn secure.

i'll wait a few hours before i freak out as the changes might not be complete?

I'm getting the same invalid message on my ID and password.

The logon was working fine a hour ago.

Same for me. I went to the live chat and was told I would be sent a reset password to my email. This was 30 minutes ago and still nothing in my email.

Check your spam folder.

I got the e-mail and went through the process of resetting my pw, but it's telling me my old pw is incorrect. This is ridiculous. I know it's correct.

Yeah thanks, it finally came. Had to change my password and set up a pin. I'm back up and running now.

Love 5dimes. Only thing is the live betting.... it's always clipping cents off of the + or - for the daily +/- for the day.

I totaled up the exact +/- for the day and b/c of the live betting it clipped 3 cents off the result. No big deal. It can go both ways. Either + or -. But I just don't understand why some books will have this issue whereas a book like bookmaker is always right ... right down to the cent.

Don't get me wrong. Love 5dimes. Prefer it over Bookmaker.

Another day .. and another 3 cents spontaneously added to the balance. Sometimes it subtracts 3 cents.... or 2 or 1....

Don't know why they can't get the software right so that it's like Bookmaker... which is always right down to the very cent.
