Resistance Bands for Exercise, Anyone use them ? and which ones are Good ?

Been hearing a lot about these for the past year or so, thinking of trying it so when i'm just stuck at Home and don't want to run to the gym

Anyone use them ? which are better ?

Here is the one I got about a year ago from Amazon & like it a lot. It has the bar and makes it easier to do curl's and bench press type work outs & also has the straps
for lower body & leg work outs..............

ok, thanks. never seen that one before, but seems to have the same type of band as the 2nd photo above

I like free weights better myself. Resistance bands work great but most people put them in a drawer and never really use them.

If you get some BAS, make sure you get one with a loop knob in the middle. It allows you to put it on the other side of a closed door and thus you can do resistance exercises like rows and flys..... Very important. If you don't have that piece, you can't use a door to aid the workout.

I only use free weights, but they say these bands are good to work with in between or on off days
I like the fact that you can travel with them, where of course you can't with a dumbbell. lol

I've seen a couple like that with the loop, but most don't. I would think you could double up on the band for the door. There's so many Exercises and ways to use these.
