Do you hold your breath when certain people walk by?

I don't understand. What would be the purpose of holding's one breath? And how long do you hold it...until you start to turn blue? I don't get the whole thing. Can you offer an explanation?

when playing poker with degenerates who have been playing continuously
for 24 hours+, holding ones breath is a good skill to have until a table change
can be accomplished.

I have, from time to time, held it, if I had more reasons to believe, than to deny, that a vile looking person who was about to pass in front of me, may stink or contain unknown airborne contaminants which could be to my detriment! Example, a flaming liberal caz they are easy to spot! cheersgif<strike></strike>

I do. When they look disgusting. I am a germaphobe and I have a paranoia of catching something if I breathe their air as they exhale. Not even kidding. I hold my breath. Subtle about it but I do.

Went and saw some live comedy the other night and the comedian was talking about his experiences travelling in some asian countries. He said people there really invade your personal space especially waiting in line at the grocery store. The joke was that he could feel the guy behind him breathing on his neck. Guess you had to be there though.
