    Rumor has it that Texas head coach Tom Herman tipped off Brett McMurphy about the Zach Smith domestic abuse situation.

    Lets see what happens now

    The more convoluted it gets, the more it looks like Urban will get off free.

    Herman denies it. And it does not seem plausible as Herman left for Houston and the end of 2014 and the "big incident" between Zach and his wife was in October 2015.
    Now Ed Warinner who is now at Michigan... wouldn't that make a great story!!!

    Folks are all getting bent because the investigators are not talking to the Smiths. Think about it, what are they investigating? Here is what I see;

    1. Was there an incident(s)? Yes (whether the incident has merit or not is irrelevant)
    2. Were they reported by those who knew? Appears Yes for 2015
    3. Was the incident investigated as required by law? To be determined
    4. Was the incident investigated as required by Ohio State administrative rules? To be determined
    5. Were any other OSU administrative rules broken? Like public lying that brings disrespect to the university. Yes
    5. Who are responsible for any violations and what recommended penalty should be issued.

    What is with the Big 10? First this fiasco. Now they are going after Maryland for training issues involving the death of a player. The Maryland HC is ow on "administrative leave". Michigan is involved in a "shoe scandal". I can't wait to see what is next.

    It is comical to me that folks are looking to blame someone else for "telling" on Ohio. Umm instead of looking for excuses or trying to blame the reporter or tom herman or the OC at Michigan how about we blame the person that actually abused a women and the others that covered it up?

    The jury is still out on Meyer, though Vegas seems to think that a 6 game suspension is in the works. D.J. Dunkin at Maryland will not be that lucky. It seems as if this guy is a real arsehole. The University visited the family of the player who passed and took full legal responsibility for his passing. Dunkin and others are finished.
