Balls way outside get called strikes sometimes and hitting the corners get called balls. Why the hell can't we just use the pitch track computer that most games have that instantly shows whether it is a ball or strike?

Three umpires in particular should not set foot on an MLB diamond.

Angel Hernandez, CB Buckner and Laz Diaz are an embarrassment to baseball.

It is frustrating, but unless you have been behind the plate it's not as
obvious as you think. How the ump positions himself creates angles that
can lead to calls not matching a computer generated strike zone.

The most important part of umpiring is being consistent. I always told the
coaches I had a high stroke zone and to let the players know.

But believe you me, I yell too when I think it's a bad call.

Plus, we wouldn't be able to say an ump is a "homer" or "Overs" ump
if it's a damn computer! :missingte

Angel Hernandez is the worst umpire bar none. Incompetent and argumentative. A disgrace and should have been replaced long ago.
