Just letting you guys know, not sure if any horse players are greyhound players but .... I don't see a greyhound forum so excuse if it is out of norm in this forum. BetDSI is shorting payouts for exotics. Happened to me twice, once on a trifecta and once again on a superfecta, different race. Tri payout was minimal $38.50 that should have paid $56 but the super payout was $38.50 and should have been $317.

I know they have max payouts on exotics but it is well over 56 or 317 dollars. Either their software is screwy or they are just out and out trying to steal from people. SO be forewarned.

They said they are 'working on it'. Said that a superfecta box is a complicated ticket and they will need 30 minutes to review it. Not sure why but I will post back and let you know if they correct this. If they don't then they're just stealing money from folks and I'll be moving on to another site.

Still waiting but after reviewing all tickets and payouts, they actually short paid on three different races. I'll report back once this is all sorted out. One way or the other

Not that many care but I said I would update. Good news/bad news, they did honor each bet and corrected each mistake. So that's good. Bad news is that I'd double check my bets if I were you as I found (3) errors in payouts overall. Yes, they did correct the payout after I pointed out each mistake.

For those of you with interest - jus as an fyi, Betdsi is still graded wagers wrong. Not sure if it's a software glitch or what

Also just found out that suddenly races are capped a 100 to 1, though they hadn't been before so watch out for betdsi

And I asked where the 100 to 1 cap rule is posted and they told me it is per management decision so....apparently when you win they can change the rules

Just so you know dude, betdsi did stiff me on other wagers. After paying me on the one day, I won a superfecta the next day and management "decided to cap greyhound wagers at 100 to 1". So a 50 cent super that should have netted $275 paid me 50 bucks. If you play there, be forewarned.

Sounds like a 3rd-rate bookie operation.
Thanks for keeping us informed.

Yeah that's pretty 3rd rate. My fault in the end for not keeping up with their downgrades. Buyer beware lesson. They used to be an A book.

BetDSI is seemingly operated by and mostly identical to Bookmaker/CRIS. If there are differences between the two, not sure what they are.

Last update, I promise :)

SBR has acknowledged issues at DSI, I have simply closed my account there. Too many books out there that do honor wagers so time to move on. I realize most of you here are pony players but if there are any greyhound guys, do you know of any books that do the doggies?
