why doesn't NASCAR suspend, fine, punish, disqualify, spank, or etc
drivers who drive dangerously or out of control causing accidents or
other drivers to suffer. to me the most egregious violation is when
the driver of the second place car bumps the first place car late in
a race causing the leader to spin out of control, so he can pass him.
that's really dangerous and considered quite acceptable tactics in
racing. In horse racing, if a jockey does something dangerous or
hurts another horse's chances, he is disqualified, fined, and/or
suspended. why not NASCAR? what am I missing?

yesterday was a late wreck caused by kyle busch driving out of control; but
I've so many of these and I just don't understand why there is no attempt
to make those who are responsible actually have some consequences to
their actions.

Why don't they just put skirts on the drivers and restrict car speeds to 20 mph.

Golly that be fun to watch wouldn't it.

.

You on drugs, bro? This doesn't sound like your usual backwards California liberal logic self.

Responsible for your actions? Surely you were high when you typed that. It's a huge about-face from your backwards liberal logic.

Maybe you're seeing the light.......

unusual, it may be as simple as that; but as a driver, team owner, or
sponsor i'd be very upset if my chances/results/safety were compromised by actions
of another driver that would of got him in serious trouble if he did
something like this in real life.

NASCAR fans are the most brand loyal folks out there. Sponsors dig it, and Rubbin’ is Racing!

the last I went to fontana, I could not believe how many people were carrying
huge bags of swag or merchandise that they just purchased. it seemed like
those that weren't buying that day had clothes, jackets, hats, or et cetera
showing their loyalty to their favorites. it was like a star trek convention
for rednecks.

It’s like a rock concert with no tomorrow. The infield is crazy. Not a Star Trek. Lol

having runmaker agree with me scares the crap out of me. ugh.

It's the first time you've profferred a logical argument. I salute you for that.

It's very odd. Given that you actually achieved logic I find it very strange. How can you be so backwards in your thoughts in other issues, yet then you state an argument soundly pointing out action/consequence. One would think that concept of action/consequence would apply to other issues with you and be universal.

Very strange.

I must say, though, that your natural disposition is to be a very sour soul just like Matty. It's just the way you guys are. It's like that kunty Hollywood bitch Merryl Streep or whatever her name is.
