It's OK to be envious, that's a sign of respect, as long as you don't behave inappropriately

Grass isn't always greener on the other side.

Be happy with the grass you have or make your grass greener.

End of day, it is just grass.

Whoever has the most money wins. Life is a video game but instead of points you have to get money. That's the bottom line. Anybody who says otherwise is a lazy loser hippy or fooling themselves.

Having said that, envy is perfectly normal. In fact it can motivate you and make you more ambitious. Work harder, save smarter and invest better, go out and get a second job. Make your friend envy you instead of being envy of him.

Whoever accumulates the most money and biggest house and nicest car wins. That's fact.

Having a great family, your health, friends, and other unconditional things is VASTLY overrated, right??

Making Money is a game, play it, enjoy it and be good at it, however, at the end of the day - it is just a game.

There will always be more people richer than you and you will always be richer than most others, end of day, who the fuck cares.

Health is just as important. Can't enjoy wealth and success without health. So that goes without saying. Health and wealth.

The thing about unconditional things is they can be fickle. Family is important but friends are overrated. They come and go. I have friends for the club, gym, my sports leagues, grabbing a beer etc but when you are a grown man friends aren't that important really. Not as much as wealth. Friends are for teenyboppers.

I maintain my stance. Whoever accumulates the most money and biggest house and nicest car wins. Anybody else is just fooling themselves or lazy hippies. 'Oh I have a great family and a lot of close friends'' Oh I have a lot of life experience or been lucky in my life to do this and that...all bullshit people say to convince themselves or others that they are happy without money.

I grew up poor and now having made it let me tell you that money IS everything. It DOES buy happiness. And for those that have plenty of money and aren't happy they don't deserve to be. Money makes everything easier. Life more exciting. Day to day living more comfortable and luxurious. If money isn't everything, it is mostly everything.

Can't spoil your family or even take care of your health without money these days.

To the OP, it's perfectly normal. I've been there. Get busy working or find a plan and make him eventually envy you. If you want it bad enough you can do it. If you just want to envy him that's up to you. But yes, it is perfectly normal. It shows you have passion for life, ambition and greed and want more out of life. Good for you. Now go out and get it!

Grass sometimes IS greener on the other side believe me. I know. I went to the other side and it's green AF. It's not a mirage.

So a 3,000 square foot house in a HORRIBLE area is better than an 2,200 square foot beach condo in a luxurious area?

Biggest house wins, right?

Come on man. Be sensible. You know what I mean I don't have to spell it out. Obviously the 2,200 sq ft house wins. My point was that whoever is the most well off with the nicest things wins. Obviously living in a desirable area is considered a luxury and would win over a horrible area.

It's a figure of speech.

I know how it sounds but it's a materialistic world man. It is what it is. If somebody can find happiness in their own little corner of the world, with a modest house and below average income and humble savings and all that, power to them. I wish them all the best and that's sweet. Not for me though.
